Bayern drop points against Augsburg despite comeback

Following a Manuel Neuer mix-up quickly after kick-off, Augsburg's Robin Fellhauer scored after just 8 seconds to put Augsburg 1-0 up - a new Bundesliga record!
Harry Kane struck an effort over the bar for Bayern from outside the box in the 11th minute after spinning to face the goal.
During the 17th minute, Augsburg goalscorer Fellhauer sliced a volley over the bar following a corner for the hosts.
Augsburg caused havoc again against Bayern in the 35th minute as Matsima headed the ball towards Bah in the box following a Bayern mishap but Bah was unable to score from close range.
In the 42nd minute, Chrislain Matsima picked up his side's first yellow for catching Pavlović on the foot.
Shortly after, the second yellow for the hosts followed through Rodrigo Ribeiro.
Just before the break, Bayern's Michael Olise had a good chance to equalise but Finn Dahmen saved to keep the hosts in front following a minor deflection.
Seconds before half-time, Harry Kane hit the bar with Bayern's best chance of the game meaning the away side trailed going into the second half.
In the 51st minute, Luis Diaz scored the equaliser to net his second goal but the goal was ruled out due to offside after a VAR decision.
During the 55th minute, Harry Kane passed the ball through to Ismael Saibari who made it 1-1.
Following this, Bayern pressed to try and make the momentum count and regain 1st place in the Bundesliga for the first time since matchday one.
Hennes Behrens picked up another yellow card for Augsburg in the 62nd minute.
In the 65th minute, Rodrigo Ribeiro made it 2-1 to regain the lead for Augsburg after a VAR decision cleared the goal.
During the 73rd minute, Bayern got another goal called off as Serge Gnabry was offside and therefore unable to make it 2-2.
Once again in the 75th minute Bayern got a goal called offside as Luis Diaz scored an inventive goal.
Finn Dahmen made a great save in the 79th minute to stop Harry Kane with a header.
Nathaniel Brown finally managed to bring the game level 2-2 in the 80th minute after a Harry Kane assist following a second half of immense pressure from the away side.
Minutes later, Serge Gnabry hit the post and hit the rebound into Finn Dahmen on the floor somehow missing scoring the winning goal.
Bayern looked to win the game during the six added minutes but failed to capitalise throughout the game despite the number of chances over the 90 minutes. The game therefore ended 2-2 and Bayern remain second.
