With Bayern Munich's goalkeeping plans still considered very much open, the club remain in the market for players in said position.

According to Absolut Bayern, the Munich club are also keeping a watchful eye on the development of Johannes Schenk.

The 23-year-old left Säbener Straße for Preußen Münster in 2024 but is currently on loan to SK Beveren in the Belgian league.

Since then, he has quickly established himself as the new number one, while Bayern still have a buy-back option for the youngster.

Even with the record champions watching his every move, the talented goalkeeper won't let himself get carried away with daydreams.

"For me, it's about getting the most out of myself this season, developing every day, and helping the team in the best way possible. Everything else will fall into place.

"I'm very ambitious and always want to take the next step in my career and play at the highest possible level," said the Schweinfurt native.
