Having previously been linked with a move for Juventus defender Bremer, Bayern Munich have seemingly now stepped up their pursuit of the Brazilian centre-back.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Bayern have made contact with Juventus to explore the conditions of a possible transfer. However, any potential move is still in its very early stages.

Bremer is seen as a potential replacement for Min-jae Kim and Hiroki Ito, who could both leave the Allianz Arena this summer.

With Juventus showing interest in Kim, a swap deal that would see Bremer move to Bayern could be considered.

The 29-year-old is under contract with Juventus until 2029. He's part of Brazil's squad for the World Cup.
