Aaccording to 'Sport', Germany U-21 star Nicolò Tresoldi has once again come into focus, attracting the admiration of FC Barcelona.
The 22-year-old has shown his scoring prowess again this season and numerous top clubs were already interested in him in the summer.
A former youth player at Hannover 96, Tresoldi has scored five goals in nine games in the current campaign with Club Brugge.
As a result, the striker's €50million price tag is likely to be shattered as early as the upcoming winter transfer window.
With their attempts to sign Inter Milan's Lautaro Martínez and Julián Alvarez of Atlético Madrid, the Catalan club remain unsatisfied.
Gabriel Jesus departed Arsenal and joined Barcelona shortly before deadline day, but remains a substitute under Hansi Flick.
Tresoldi's contract in Bruges runs until 2029, but it's quite possible that Flick will bring his compatriot to Camp Nou much sooner.
