Tottenham are weighing up a bid for Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens, according to Bild.

Having been interested for some time, Spurs could step up their interest this summer, with the German tabloid suggesting that Gittens could fetch a fee in excess of €100 million.

With Arsenal and Chelsea also said to be interested, a bidding war could drive the price up.

Especially if Dortmund, who currently sit 11th in the Bundesliga, miss out on Champions League football, Gittens is likely to be on the move.

Gittens hit the headlines in Germany after a clash with his own supporters at the weekend.

The 20-year-old was taken off in the 58th minute of Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Bochum and was so furious after being verbally abused by Dortmund supporters that he had to be restrained by his team-mates and led to the bench.
