After signing Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong from the Bundesliga last summer, Liverpool FC could once again look to Germany’s top-flight for reinforcements in the upcoming transfer window.

According to Sky Germany, the Reds are keeping an eye on FC Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise, who has been on their radar for some time.

However, with the Frenchman under contract until 2029 and without a release clause, a deal for Olise appears “unrealistic”, the report claims.

Alongside Olise, Liverpool reportedly have another “dream target” in Yan Diomande, who is enjoying a breakout Bundesliga season with RB Leipzig.

Leipzig have previously made clear their intention to keep Diomande beyond the summer, but would be prepared to enter talks for an offer in the region of €100 million, as per the report.
