    Bayer Leverkusen forward Patrik Schick has been crowned with the Bundesliga Player of the Month award for December.

    Schick found the net eight times in just four games last month. The Czech international saw off competition from Robert Lewandowski, Serge Gnabry, Christopher Nkunku, Jesper Lindstrøm and Nico Schlotterbeck to clinch the award.

    Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund), Florian Wirtz (Bayer Leverkusen), Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig) and Alphonso Davies (Bayern) have previously won the award this season.
