Darmstadt's coach tests positive for COVID-19
Torsten Lieberknecht, coach of Darmstadt 98, has tested positive for COVID-19.
Ahead of Darmstadt's match in Hannover on Sunday -- which a win would see them return to the top of the 2. Bundesliga -- Darmstadt coach Torsten Lieberknecht has tested positive for the coronavirus, for a second time.
According to Kicker, the head coach is vaccinated and will self isolate at home.
Lieberknecht will not be on the bench in Hannover. Kai Peter Schmitz, Dimo Wache, Christopher Busse and Pascal Pellowski will stand in for the head coach on the sideline.
