Reus expected to miss out against Augsburg with thigh injury
Marco Reus is unlikely to be fit for Borussia Dortmund's clash with Augsburg on Sunday after picking up an injury against Rangers.
Borussia Dortmund will most likely have to manage without Marco Reus when they lock horns with Augsburg in the Bundesliga this Sunday.
The BVB captain took a blow to his thigh during last night's 2-2 draw with Rangers and will probably not have enough time to recover in time for the game on Sunday, according to Ruhr Nachrichten.
Dortmund coach Marco Rose issued a brief update on Reus just after the Rangers game, telling reporters:
"Marco took a pretty bad knock. He's limping badly."
Ruhr Nachrichten also claims that Thomas Meunier is unavailable after suffering an injury setback last night.
Manuel Akanji, Dan-Axel Zagadou and Giovanni Reyna will definitely miss the game, with Erling Haaland likely to miss out as well. Raphael Guerreiro and Emre Can are both doubtful.
