The 32-year-old German international has confirmed that he has rejected an offer from 'The Red Devils'.
"It is true that there is a written offer. Manchester is a huge club, and I hope everyone can understand that I would consider such an offer," Trapp stated on Instagram.
"But yesterday I told the officials of both clubs that I have decided to stay at Eintracht."
32-year-old Trapp has made a total of 261 appearances for Eintracht. His contract expires in 2024.
