Trapp confirms he has rejected an offer from Manchester United

Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Kevin Trapp has confirmed that he will not be joining Manchester United.

    Kevin Trapp will not be leaving Eintracht Frankfurt to join Manchester United before the transfer closes.

    The 32-year-old German international has confirmed that he has rejected an offer from 'The Red Devils'.

    "It is true that there is a written offer. Manchester is a huge club, and I hope everyone can understand that I would consider such an offer," Trapp stated on Instagram.

    "But yesterday I told the officials of both clubs that I have decided to stay at Eintracht."

    32-year-old Trapp has made a total of 261 appearances for Eintracht. His contract expires in 2024.
