The local Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper claims that Markus Krösche and the Eintracht Frankfurt administrative team are casting their gaze towards Nigerian striker Victor Boniface of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. The 22-year-old has had a chance to showcase his skills for German footballing audiences during recent Europa League meetings with 1. FC Union Berlin.

Frankfurt face a massive rebuilding task in the summer. A possible departure of lead striker Randal Kolo Muani - along with the likely loss of third string striker Lucas Alario - shall leave the club in need of new goalscorers up front. Boniface's current estimated market value lies at €6 million; a price well within the range of the SGE's budget.
