After relocating Angelino, Leipzig also move Novoa from Holland to Spain

RB Leipzig confirmed their second re-arranged loan transaction of the day early Tuesday evening.
Not long after a re-arranged loan deal for Spanish left-wingback Angelino was confirmed late Tuesday afternoon, RB Leipzig confirmed another such transaction early Tuesday evening. As it so happens, the second new loan deal also involved a Spanish footballer. Spanish attacking prospect Hugo Novoa was recalled from his loan stint at FC Utrecht in Holland early. The 21-year-old is now headed to the Spanish Segunda.

The re-call from the Netherlands counts as the second loan-stint involving the prospect that has been cut short prematurely. Novoa - who has scored two Bundesliga goals in 15 appearances for the Leipzig senior team - again found himself unable to obtain playing time abroad. He made just five league appearances in the Erdevisie. His next destination is the Villarreal reserves.

Whether or not Leipzig plan to give up on the youngster isn't entirely clear, but the fact that Novoa's new loan arrangement (per Sky) contains a purchase option strongly suggests so. Sky Germany reports that the Spanish club may choose to exercise a €3 million purchase-clause if they so desire. Novoa maintains a current estimated market worth of €5 million in the latest transfermarkt listings.
