Liverpool loanee Grujic admits he wants to stay at Hertha

Marko Grujic says he would like to spend another season or two at Hertha BSC before returning to Liverpool.
Marko Grujic has impressed in Germany since joining Hertha BSC on loan from Liverpool last summer.

And, if possible, the 22-year-old would like to stay in the German capital for another year or two.

"I feel very comfortable in Berlin. Hertha gave me a great opportunity to play in the Bundesliga. I'm still pretty young, and with the exception of my injuries, this time at Hertha has been brilliant for me as I have been able to show my qualities," Grujic told B.Z. and added:

"Ultimately, I can't decide. But if I could choose myself, I would stay at Hertha for another year or maybe even two years to make a very good name for myself by improving all my qualities. And that's only possible if you play every game."

Grujic, 22, has played 17 games for Hertha this season, scoring three goals and making one assist.

The central midfielder joined Liverpool from Red Star Belgrade in 2016 and has made 14 appearances for 'The Reds'.
