Kramaric open to staying at Hoffenheim for the rest of his career

Andrej Kramaric says he can imagine spending the rest of his career at Hoffenheim.
Hoffenheim star Andrej Kramaric says he's open to staying at Rhein-Neckar-Arena for the rest of his career.

The Croatian striker has played for Hoffenheim since 2016, and he doesn't have any plans of leaving.

"I'm happy here, and I want to continue scoring and setting up goals for this club. I wouldn't mind ending my career here," he said in an interview with Spielfeld, Hoffenheim's club magazine.

Kramaric is Hoffenheim's top goalscorer in the Bundesliga with 49 goals after he recently overtook the previous record of 46 goals set by Sejad Salihovic.

Salihovic spent most of his career at Hoffenheim, and Kramaric hopes that he will eventually be considered a club legend just like the 34-year-old.

"I would like to become a club legend like him someday," Kramaric said.

Kramaric, 27, is under contract until 2022.
