Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sané returned to running training on Wednesday, according to Bild.
However, a return to action against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga on Saturday is highly unlikely.
Bayern want the 28-year-old, who has been suffering from a pubic bone problem for some time, to be in the best possible shape for the Champions League semi-final first leg against Real Madrid on April 30.
His individual training will be gradually increased over the next few days before he returns to team training at the end of the week.
The goal is for Sané to be in the starting eleven against Real.
