Edmond Tapsoba to miss the start of the season

Edmond Tapsoba will not be available when Bayer Leverkusen kick off their 2021/22 campaign.
Bayer Leverkusen have been rocked by the news that Edmond Tapsoba has sustained an injury that will keep him out for the foreseeable future.

'Die Werkself' have announced that the 22-year-old will miss the start of the season after undergoing surgery on a syndesmosis tear.

Tapsoba featured 39 times for Leverkusen last season, scoring two goals.
