Report: Erling Haaland's release clause could rise to €90 million

Sport1 claims Erling Haaland's release clause could rise from €75 million to €90 million.
It has been widely claimed that Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland has a €75 million release clause that will become active in the summer of 2022.

Sport1 is now reporting that the highly-rated striker's clause could rise to €90 million based on his and Dortmund's success this season.

The biggest clubs in Europe are said to be keen on Haaland, who has found the net five times and set up three goals in two games this season.

Dortmund paid €20 million to activate the 21-year-old's release clause and sign him from RB Salzburg in January 2020.

In total, he has scored 62 goals in 61 games for the German club so far.
