While Jürgen Klopp’s Germany side face Greece in their last game of the extended international break in Thessaloniki, the Netherlands host Serbia from the same group in League A of the UEFA Nations League.

Veljko Paunović is under immense pressure as Serbia’s poor form continued with defeats against Greece, the Netherlands and Germany. The Eagles will now hope to end the season’s first international break by recording their first point(s).

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund’s central midfielder Joey Veerman has been in fine form for the Netherlands as Xavi’s reign started with two draws and a win in Belgrade. The 27-year-old was one of their best performers in the last two games, which helped him to keep his place for the game at Philips Stadion.

The stadium has been Veerman’s second home for the past five seasons as he won eight trophies during his time at PSV, where he was coached by former Dortmund boss Peter Bosz. Veerman played in every match for the Black and Yellows since completing his €22 million transfer.
