VfL Bochum offload Ibrahim Sissoko to Turkish side Muğlaspor

The towering 6'4 marksman had a relatively short and limited spell with the Rhurpott club where he made just 6 appearances in total.

VfL Bochum 1848 has bid farewell to Ibrahim Sissoko who has completed his transfer to Muğlaspor in the Turkish TFF 1. Lig.

Along with the side from the second highest division in Türkiye, Bochum have agreed to keep the transfer details confidential.

Ibrahim Sissoko initially joined Bochum from AS Saint-Étienne in France in the summer of 2025 after his contract expired.

The eight-time Mali international only made six appearances in total for Bochum, scoring one goal in the 2. Bundesliga last season.

Bochum released a statement that wished the 30-year-old all the best for the future and much success in his new challenge.
