Report: Bundesliga clubs chase Republic of Ireland starlet

19-year-old Derby County winger Festy Ebosele is being linked with a move to the Bundesliga.
Three unnamed Bundesliga clubs are interested in signing Derby County's flying winger Festy Ebosele, per 'The Athletic'.

The 19-year-old has made 18 appearances in the Championship this season. He can play anywhere on the right side of the pitch, both as a defender and winger, and is hugely popular with the fans mainly due to his explosive pace.

Coach Wayne Rooney sang his praises last week, claiming he is a 'real handful' for opposing defenses.

Ebosele is out of contract at the end of the season and Derby have already rebuffed a £500,000 bid from fellow Championship side Nottingham Forest for his services.

According to the report, clubs in Italy are also showing 'firm interest' in the teenager. Derby are under huge pressure to sell their prized assets as the club face mounting financial pressure.
