Report: Reus rules out two options in search of new club

The future of Marco Reus' career beyond the summer is up in the air, but it now seems clear that he will not be staying in the Bundesliga or heading to Saudi Arabia.

Marco Reus recently announced that he will leave Borussia Dortmund when his contract expires at the end of the season.

It's unclear exactly what the future holds for the 34-year-old, but he has made it clear that he wants to continue playing.

According to Sport Bild, two options are out of the question for Reus when it comes to finding his next club: A move to Saudi Arabia and staying in the Bundesliga.

The report claims that the American Major League Soccer seems to be the most likely destination for Reus.

St. Louis City SC are said to be trying to secure the former Germany international's signature. Reus' former BVB teammate Roman Bürki plays for the club and said on Tuesday that he'd love to see the 34-year-old join him.
