It looks like Thiago Alcantara will sign a new deal with Bayern München in the near future.
Thiago Alcantara is on the verge of agreeing a new deal with Bayern München, according to Kicker.
The German football news outlet claims that 'only minor details remain to be discussed' before the 28-year-old can put pen to paper on a new contract.
In addition to Thiago, Bayern are working on extending the deals of Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller and David Alaba. They are all out of contract in 2021.
Thiago joined Bayern from FC Barcelona in 2013. Since then, he has made 227 appearances for the Bavarians with 31 goals and 37 assists to his name.
