No negotiations with Manchester United for Jadon Sancho, claim Dortmund bosses

Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke claims there has been no contact with Manchester United over Jadon Sancho.
Borussia Dortmund insist they are not in negotiations with Manchester United over the possible sale of Jadon Sancho despite consistent speculation linking the 20-year-old with a move to Old Trafford.

"There has never been and still is no contact between Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United in terms of Sancho, not even indirectly or through alleged middlemen," Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke told SZ.

BVB sporting director Michael Zorc added:

"I expect Jadon to go to the training camp on Monday and play with us for the coming season."

Watzke went on to underline that Dortmund will not lower their asking price for Sancho, reported to be €120 million, and said the winger and his agent have been informed of this.

"I do not expect any difficulties. Jadon has accepted this. He is a very pleasant, fair guy," said Watzke.

Sancho's contract with Dortmund expires in 2022.
