Atletico Madrid eye the signing of Hertha BSC left-back Marvin Plattenhardt. 'The Rojiblancos' are looking for a replacement for Filipe Luis who is likely to join Paris Saint-Germain. However, Plattenhardt told Kicker yesterday that he expects to stay at Hertha (Süddeutsche Zeitung).

Borussia Dortmund representatives have traveled to Spain to negotiate with FC Barcelona for 24-year-old forward Paco Alcacer (RAC1).

VfL Wolfsburg sporting director Marcel Schäfer has confirmed the club's interest in Olympique Lyon winger Maxwel Cornet (Kicker).

Marco Fabian is expected to leave Eintracht Frankfurt within the coming days. Fenerbahce and Besiktas both want him, and it's not clear which of the clubs he will sign for (Hessische Rundschau).

Bordeaux tried to sign Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller a few months ago, but he said that he would rather stay (L'Equipe).

Borussia Mönchengladbach will not sign 18-year-old Leonardo Campana who has been on trial at the club. Instead, the offensive starlet is set to sign a deal with Barcelona SC Guayaquil in his home country (La Radio Redonda Guayaquil).

SC Freiburg are among the clubs that are interested in Östersunds FK forward Saman Ghoddos (FotbollDirekt.se).

Mainz have inquired about Feyenoord midfielder Sofyan Amrabat (Voetbal International).

Earlier in the summer, it looked like Pablo De Blasis and Giulio Donati would leave Mainz, but they are now likely to stay. So far, the right offers haven't been there (Kicker).
