Reigning German champions Bayern München suffered their second loss of the season as they fell to a 3-2 defeat against Borussia Mönchengladbach at Borussia-Park.
Bayern were 2-0 up after 26 minutes thanks to goals from Robert Lewandowski, who broke deadlock from the penalty spot, and Leon Goretzka.
But Gladbach came back to equal the score before the break as Jonas Hofmann bagged a brace.
Florian Neuhaus then made it 3-2 in the beginning of the second half, smashing the ball into the net from just outside the box.
Despite dominating possession heavily, Bayern didn't manage to respond and ended up suffering their second defeat of the season.
The result means RB Leipzig can overtake the Bundesliga's top spot from Bayern with a win over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
