Report: Robert Glatzel set for Mainz move
BBC claims Cardiff City striker Robert Glatzel is set to join Mainz on loan.
Mainz are set to complete the signing of Cardiff City striker Robert Glatzel before the German transfer window closes at 18:00 CET, according to BBC.
The 27-year-old German forward is understood to have travelled to Germany for a medical ahead of his proposed move.
Glatzel, who joined Cardiff from Heidenheim in the summer of 2019, has found the net three times in 23 games this season.
At Mainz, he could replace Jean-Philippe Mateta, who left Opel Arena for Crystal Palace earlier this month.
