Report: Barcelona keen on signing Dani Olmo on loan in January

Dani Olmo was linked with a move to Barcelona during the summer transfer window, but a deal never materialized. Now, the Catalans are once again being linked with a move for the RB Leipzig midfielder.
FC Barcelona are aiming to take RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo on loan with a purchase obligation in January, according to Sport Bild.

The La Liga giants are reportedly prepared to pay a loan fee of €10 million to sign Olmo on a loan deal that would include a purchase obligation of around €60 million.

Barcelona could face tough competition for the Spanish international's signature, though, with Manchester City and Manchester United also interested, per Bild.

Olmo has featured three times for Leipzig this season and is currently sidelined with a muscle injury. His contract expires in 2024.
