Dortmund boss gives injury update on Raphael Guerreiro
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has offered a brief update on Raphael Guerreiro's injury.
Raphael Guerreiro is a doubt for Borussia Dortmund's Bundesliga clash with VfL Wolfsburg on Saturday.
The Portuguese left-back was supposed to start last night's Champions League game against Sporting CP, but had muscular problems during the warm-up and was replaced by Nico Schulz.
"Nothing is broken," Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc told Ruhr Nachrichten after Dortmund's 3-1 defeat.
"He felt his muscle. We have to see – it's already Thursday now after all – if he'll be fit enough for Saturday," said the BVB boss.
Guerreiro had only just returned from a torn muscle fibre injury. He has featured nine times for Dortmund this season, chipping in with three goals and an assist.
