Report: Manchester City have "deal in place" to sign Haaland

Manchester City look to have won the race for Erling Haaland, according to a report from England.
Manchester City have a "deal in place" to sign Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

Citing sources in Germany close to the move, the Daily Mail reports that the 21-year-old is expected to join City at the end of the season after discussing personal terms with the Premier League side.

Haaland's deal expires in 2024, but the striker has a release clause that would allow him to leave for a fee reported to be around €75 million at the end of the season.

The 21-year-old striker has scored 23 goals in 20 games for Dortmund this season.

He has been linked with a host of other European top clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
