Glasner expects Kostic to stay at Frankfurt

After winning the Europa League, Eintracht Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner said he's confident that Filip Kostic will spend next season at the club.
Eintracht Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner firmly expects Filip Kostic to continue playing for the newly-crowned Europa League winners next season.

Asked if he believes Frankfurt's Europa League final win over Rangers (1-1 after extra-time, 5-4 on penalties) could be Kostic's last game for the club, Glasner told reporters:

"No, I don't think so. He still has a year left on his contract. We talked on the pitch, but I wont tell you what was said. I don't think this was his last game [for Eintracht]."

The 29-year-old winger came close to joining Lazio last summer, but ended up staying as the move broke down just before the transfer deadline.

Kostic has just one year left on his contract.
