Official: Sandro Wagner moves to China

Sandro Wagner says goodbye to Bayern München and joins Chinese side Tianjin Teda.
Bayern München have announced that Sandro Wagner has left the club to join Tianjin Teda in China.

"Sandro approached us and asked us to release him from his contract. He has a very attractive offer from China, so we granted his request," Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic said, as quoted by the club.

"We would like to express our thanks to Sandro for his time at FC Bayern, and we wish him all the best and a lot of success for his future in China."

According to Bild, Bayern receive €5 million for the 31-year-old striker who is set to earn €7,5 a year in China.
