Confirmed: Frankfurt complete third deadline day signing

Eintracht Frankfurt have completed their third deadline day signing as Almamy Touré has joined the club from AS Monaco.
AS Monaco defender Almamy Touré has completed a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt, the Bundesliga club have announced.

Touré - a versatile defender who can play both as a right-back and in central defence - has signed a contract until 2023.

"With Almamy Touré, we improve our flexibility in defence. At the age of 22, he also fits into our requirement profile and still has potential for development," Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic told the club's website.

The 22-year-old is Frankfurt's third deadline day signing. 'Die Adler' have also brought in 19-year-old Tuta from Sao Paulo as well as Martin Hinteregger on loan from Augsburg.
