Report: Bayern withdraw interest in Adrien Rabiot

Bayern München are unlikely to sign Paris Saint-Germain's Adrien Rabiot as he has been deemed too expensive for the Bavarians.
Bayern have apparently withdrawn their interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

During January, Bayern examined the possibility of landing Rabiot who'll be available on a free transfer in the summer, but the Bavarians aren't willing to match the midfielder's wage demands, Kicker understands.

Kicker understands Bayern are looking for a player for the defensive midfield with different qualities to the defensive-minded and physically strong Javi Martinez. Apparently, the Bavarians want to strengthen the number six position with a safe passer.

In Thiago Alcantara, Leon Goretzka, Corentin Tolisso, Renato Sanches and Joshua Kimmich, Bayern already have a number of players who can play in the middle of the park.
