Stuttgart sign Freiburg defender on loan
VfB Stuttgart have announced the signing of Pascal Stenzel on loan from Freiburg.
Pascal Stenzel will join VfB Stuttgart on loan from SC Freiburg for the 2019/20 season, it has been announced.
The 23-year-old says he's eager to help the Swabian club in their aim to return to the Bundesliga following their relegation.
"VfB have formulated the clear goal to return to the Bundesliga. I look forward to this challenge, and I want to do my part to ensure that we have a successful season and win promotion together," Stenzel said, as quoted by VfB Stuttgart.
The right-back made 24 appeances for Freiburg during the 2018/19 season.
