Stuttgart boss: Donis doesn't have a release clause anymore
Anastasios Donis no longer has a release clause in his contract with Stuttgart.
Anastasios Donis used to have a release clause in his contract with VfB Stuttgart, but it has apparently expired.
It remains to be seen whether the 22-year-old will leave the relegated Bundesliga side or not this summer. But interested clubs now have to reach an agreement with Stuttgart if they want to sign him.
"He has a contract and no clause. There used to be one," Stuttgart sporting director Sven Mislintat told Bild.
The same goes for Marc-Oliver Kempf, according to Bild.
Donis, 22, scored five goals and made three assists in 27 appearances for Stuttgart during the 2018/19 season.
