Report: Bayern agree to sell Renato Sanches to Lille

Renato Sanches is set to leave Bayern München to join Lille.
Bayern München and Lille have reached an agreement in principle over the transfer of Renato Sanches, according to Sky.

The two clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of €20 million plus bonuses, as per the report.

Only minor details remain to be sorted out, with all parties expecting the deal to be completed by Saturday.

After Bayern's 2-2 draw with Hertha a week ago, Renato Sanches openly expressed his desire to leave the Bavarians as he's frustrated with his lack of playing time.

When asked about Sanches' situation on Wednesday, Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge hinted that the 21-year-old could leave the club.

"I like him as a player. But we must find a solution that suits both him and the coach," he told Sky.
