Guido Burgstaller wants to play in Australia in the future

Guido Burgstaller wants to play in Australia before he hangs up his boots.
Schalke 04's Guido Burgstaller says he fancies a move to Australia before the end of his career.

"My contract runs until 2022 when I will be 33 years old. I would like to end my European career at Schalke. I don't want to play for another Bundesliga club," Burgstaller told Sport Bild and added:

"I'd like to play abroad, in Australia. My brother lived in Sydney for two months and spoke very highly of Australia. My wife and I want to go there."

The Austrian striker played for FC Kärnten, Wiener Neustadt, Rapid Wien, Cardiff City and FC Nürnberg before joining Schalke in 2017.
