Arsene Wenger: 'I'd never refuse to talk to Bayern München'

Arsene Wenger won't rule out that he could take over the job as Bayern München coach.
Arsene Wenger has commented on the rumors linking him with the vacant job as Bayern München coach.

Bild claims Wenger is the favorite to succeed Niko Kovac, who was recently relieved of his duties, and when asked about the reported interest from the German champions, the 70-year-old refused to rule out anything.

"I'd never refuse to talk to Bayern München, because I know the people who have lead the club for 30 years," Wenger said in an interview with beIN SPORTS and added:

"At the moment, I haven't talked to them at all.

"I haven't decided yet if I will go back to the pitch or not. It's a difficult decision for me. I will make that decision in the coming days or in the coming week," Wenger said.

Wenger was the manager of Arsenal from 1996 to 2018.
