RB Leipzig CEO Oliver Mintzlaff has signed a new contract, committing himself to the club until 2024.

"For a long time, we have found ourselves on a very exciting path - on and off the pitch. This is exactly where we want to and will continue working," Mintzlaff said after penning his new deal.

Mintzlaff, 44, was appointed RB Leipzig CEO after the club won promotion to the 2. Bundesliga in 2014.

'Die Roten Bullen' now sit second in the Bundesliga table, one point behind league leaders Borussia Mönchengladbach.
