Confirmed: Gladbach send Jordan Beyer out on loan

Jordan Beyer joins Hamburger SV on loan until the end of the season.
Borussia Mönchengladbach have sent Jordan Beyer out on loan to Hamburger SV until the end of the season, the Bundesliga club have announced.

In the search for more playing time, the 19-year-old makes the move to Volksparkstadion where he will be reunited with former Gladbach coach Dieter Hecking.

"Jordan is a guy from our own youth squad whom we expect to become an integral part of our Bundesliga team in the medium term. Nevertheless, we have mutually decided to send him out on loan to HSV for the next months, so he can gather experience there. He's in good hands with Dieter Hecking, and we keep our fingers crossed that he gets as much playing time as possible," said Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl in a statement.

The young centre-back made 10 appearances under Hecking last season. He played four games under Marco Rose in the first half of the season.
