Schalke announce Todibo signing
Jean-Clair Todibo has joined Schalke 04 on loan from FC Barcelona.
Schalke 04 have completed the signing of Jean-Clair Todibo from FC Barcelona on a loan deal until the end of the season, the club have announced.
"We said during the training camp in Spain that we would only be active in the market if something opened up that would help us," said Schalke coach David Wagner in a statement.
"That's definitely the case for Jean-Clair Todibo, who is one of the best young central defenders in Europe. Since Benjamin Stambouli's recovery is taking a little longer than we had all hoped, it makes sense to bring in another central defender," he added.

The 20-year-old has made three appearances for FC Barcelona so far this season.
