Must-win for Leipzig

Die Roten Bullen coach Julian Nagelsmann says, "we won't ease off" against Paderborn.
Ahead of their crucial match against bottom side Paderborn, RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has expressed the need to pick up three points if they want to continue their fight for Champions League qualification. As it stands, they are only two points clear.

In a recent press conference, Nagelsmann was asked about Paderborn:

"The past has shown that they always play hard and try to get points. Our position in the table basically forces us to pick up three points, and we won't ease off just because Paderborn are bottom."

When asked about the team’s current form, he said:

"We're conceding first far too often, and so we have to push ourselves to our limits too often. This has to be avoided in the future, so that we don't risk exhaustion and also avoid mental tiredness. We need to be more clinical in creating chances early on in games and have to stay alert off the ball."

Leipzig will look to continue their winning ways on Saturday. They are unbeaten in 11 matches in all competitions. Their most recent loss happened in the DFB Pokal Round of 16 against Eintracht Frankfurt back on February 4th.
