Leon Bailey: 'There's concrete interest'

Bayer Leverkusen starlet Leon Bailey won't rule out that he could leave this summer.
During the summer, Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey has been linked with clubs such as Liverpool, Chelsea and Roma.

So far, the 20-year-old is still a Leverkusen player, but he admits that there is concrete interest in him and refuses to rule out that he could leave the club this summer.

"There's concrete interest," Bailey told Kicker and continued:

"I don't want to make any promises. What I can say is: My focus is fully on developing as a young player. That's what I'm concentrating on. If a club want me, my management and Bayer 04 will take care of it. They'll make the decision."

English clubs such as Liverpool and Chelsea will have to act quick if they want to sign Bailey this summer as the transfer window closes on August 9 in England.

Bailey's contract runs until 2022. Last season, the 20-year-old made 34 appearances for Leverkusen with 12 goals and seven assists to his name.
