Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong wants to join Werder Bremen, confirms agent
The agent of Manchester United's Tahith Chong has revealed that his client wants to join Werder Bremen.
Werder Bremen are closing in on the signing of Tahith Chong on loan from Manchester United.
Speaking in an interview with Bild, Chong's agent, Erkan Alkan, confirms that his client is keen on a move to the Weserstadion.
"He wants to play in the Bundesliga and would like to go to Bremen. He will inform Manchester of this. The club's concept has convinced him," Alkan said.
According to Deichstube, the Dutch winger could join Werder Bremen on a two-year loan deal.
Chong, 20, has played 16 games for Manchester United's first team, making two assists.
