Report: Josip Brekalo hopeful of Napoli move
Kicker claims VfL Wolfsburg's Josip Brekalo wants to pursue a move to Italy, with SSC Napoli understood to be his preferred destination.
Josip Brekalo wants to leave VfL Wolfsburg for a move to the Italian Serie A, according to Kicker.
According to the German football magazine, SSC Napoli are the preferred destination of the 22-year-old, who is hopeful that his agent, Fali Ramadani, can help him facilitate a move to Stadio San Paolo.
Wolfsburg boss Jörg Schmadtke, however, claims Brekalo hasn't told his club that he wants to leave.
"I can't comment on this, because I've still heard nothing about it," Schmadtke told Kicker.
Brekalo still has three years left on his contract with Wolfsburg.
