Official: Werder sign Tahith Chong on loan from Manchester United
Tahith Chong has joined Werder Bremen on loan from Manchester United.
Werder Bremen have completed the signing of Tahith Chong on loan from Manchester United.
The parties have agreed a deal that will see the 20-year-old move to Bremen on a one-year loan deal.
"He's a very technically gifted player who can play on both wings. He's also really fast, which will help our game. Defensively he has potential for development - he's still only at the start of his career and we want to help him continue fulfilling his potential," said Werder coach Florian Kohfeldt in a statement.
The 20-year-old has played 16 games for Manchester United's first team, making two assists.
