Hertha complete Cordoba capture
Jhon Cordoba has completed his move to Hertha BSC from FC Köln.
Hertha BSC have sealed the capture of Colombian striker Jhon Cordoba on a long-term deal from FC Köln.
"Jhon has already proven himself in the Bundesliga and in addition to his goal threat, he brings the attributes that we are looking for in attack: he is powerful, dynamic and assertive," said Hertha boss Michael Preetz.
Cordoba, who spent three season at FC Köln, commented:
"I'm very pleased to be able to run out for Hertha BSC. I am very sure of the potential of this club and want to show my quality as fast as possible here."
The 27-year-old scored 13 goals in 29 Bundesliga appearances last season.
