Bayern München and RB Leipzig drew 3-3 in an exciting top-of-the-table clash at Allianz Arena in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Bayern coach Hansi Flick made a host of changes to the second-string that drew with Atletico in mid-week, with the likes of Manuel Neuer, Leon Goretzka and Robert Lewandowski coming back into the line-up for tonight's game at Allianz Arena.

Meanwhile, the guests made three alterations from their recent 4-3 victory over Basaksehir as Justin Kluivert, Christopher Nkunku and Tyler Adams started at the expense of Dani Olmo, Yussuf Poulsen and Kevin Kampl.

Leipzig took the lead 19 minutes into the game when Christopher Nkunku took the ball round Manuel Neuer and slotted it into the empty net after he was played in behind by Emil Forsberg.

Bayern were forced to make a change midway through the first half after Javi Martinez picked up an injury. He was replaced by Jamal Musiala, and the youngster made an instant impact when he found the equaliser from the edge of the area in the 30th minute.

Four minutes later, Thomas Müller put Bayern in front after he was teed up by Kingsley Coman, who had just provided the assist for Musiala's equaliser.

Leipzig were quick to strike back, though, and made it 2-2 a few minutes later through Justin Kluivert, who blasted the ball low across Neuer.

The guests made a perfect start to the second half as they regained the lead three minutes after the break when Forsberg headed home Angelino's cross from an unmarked position.

But Bayern responded yet again and levelled the score with 75 minutes on the clock as Thomas Müller nodded in his second goal of the evening after a cross from Coman, who made his third assist.

The draw means Bayern München remain two point clear of second-placed Leipzig at the top of the Bundesliga table.
