Report: Denis Zakaria leaning towards Gladbach exit
Denis Zakaria is looking increasingly likely to leave Gladbach in the summer.
Denis Zakaria is looking to leave Borussia Mönchengladbach at the end of the season, according to Sport Bild.
The 24-year-old is out of contract in 2022 and has been stalling on a contract extension.
Gladbach had hoped that it would be possible to agree on a new deal that would include a release clause, but Zakaria appear to have set his sights on a summer departure.
With the signing of 19-year-old Kouadio Koné from FC Toulouse, 'Die Fohlen' have already found a suitable replacement for the Swiss international.
Zakaria has previously been linked with Bayern München and a host of clubs from the English Premier League.
