Werder winger moves to Croatia

Izet Hajrovic has left Werder Bremen and joined Dinamo Zagreb.
Bosnian International Izet Hajrovic has left Werder Bremen and signed for Croatian club GNK Dinamo Zagreb, both clubs have confirmed.

The winger says goodbye to Werder Bremen after a time at the club that has been hampered by injuries - particularly a severe knee injury that Hajrovic sustained in September 2017.

"Izet didn't have an easy time here because of his long time out with injury. Despite that he has always been a complete professional in the way he has gone about things. We thank Izet for his performances in a Werder shirt in the last few years and we wish him all the best for the future," Werder sporting director Frank Baumann told the club's website.

The 26-year-old appeared 41 times for Werder and netted three times. He joined the club from Galatasaray in 2014.
